Agility

A dog sport in which a handler directs a dog through an obstacle course in a race for both time and accuracy. Milton completed level-one agility, but quickly found out that flyball would fit better with his energy level. I am happy we tried it out; it kept us both physically and mentally active.

Flyball is a dog sport in which teams of dogs race against each other from a start/finish line, over a line of hurdles, to a box that releases a tennis ball to be caught when the dog presses the spring loaded pad, then back to their handlers while carrying the ball.

Local Dog Parks

Milton and I love dog parks. Milton is well-trained so he is able to run off-leash, which makes it much more fun for Milton. We usually go to Clinton-Como Park. There are so many wonderful people who also go; Milton has made a lot of friends.
